My name is Serene Seng
I have more than 20 years' experience in organisational and team transformation. As a strategic HR leader and consultant, I've helped business leaders change their companies and teams through culture change, talent management, workflow optimisation, and company structure.

My expertise is in deeply understanding a business's strategic direction and translating that into strategic HR direction and plans to ensure that the business is equipped with the right people to bring their vision into reality.

As an international speaker, I talk to audiences about the future of work and the transformation needed to take companies into that future.
As a strengths coach, I focus on the strengths of both my clients and their companies. I work with clients to identify their strengths, hone them, and apply them to their challenges and goals. For teams and organisations, I also look at synergising the different strengths of individuals.
